Beginner Pilates

Introduction

We are excited to offer two distinct Pilates programs: Beginner and Beginner-Intermediate. Each program is designed to enhance your Pilates experience over a duration of 5 weeks, with a total of 10 classes held twice a week.

What to expect?

We will get you moving from head to toes. You will learn all the basics of Pilates using exercises that incorporate resistance from the reformer and also you will learn how to work in stability on the MAT using a variation of small equipment. You will progressively feel stronger and more energized. The exercises will become more challenging. You will feel stronger from your core to your limbs and ready to enter the next level. This program is suitable for individuals with little to no experience in Pilates or those on the road to recovery. We provides a safe and supportive environment where you can learn and explore the fundamentals of Pilates while improving your range of motion. With personalized attention and guidance, we ensure proper technique and alignment, making sure you feel confident and motivated throughout your journey.

The Beginner-intermediate level is a transitional program for those who have just completed the beginner level and are eager to move into the Intermediate realm. Each week is crafted to build upon your existing skills, gradually increasing intensity and introducing new challenges to enhance your strength and confidence. You will reinforce your understanding of basic movements while introducing slight new exercises to enhance your practice. We will keep strengthening your core by increasing intensity, combine flexibility with strength to improve your range of motion focusing on muscular endurance.

By the end of this program, you’ll not only feel stronger but also more confident in your abilities. Our expert instructors are here to guide you every step of the way. You’ll leave feeling empowered and ready to embrace the challenges of Intermediate Pilates.

  • 5 weeks program if payed by e-transfer for $350+HST at sandrabonnpilates@gmail.com.

  • If paid online by credit card processing fees are included in the price.

Registration are open 2 weeks before the beginning of the program. *Please note that classes are non-refundable, and non-transferrable.
