Are you ready to embark on a journey towards better movement, strength, and flexibility? Our beginner Pilates program is designed just for you!

What to expect?

This is an 8 week program, where you’ll alternate between Mat and reformer classes. You’ll learn the essential principles of Pilates, allowing you to build a strong foundation for your practice. We will get you moving from head to toes. You will learn all the basics of Pilates using exercises that incorporate resistance from the reformer and also you will learn how to work in stability on Mat. The exercises will become more challenging. You will feel stronger from your core to your limbs and ready to enter the next level. This program is suitable for individuals with little to no experience in Pilates or those on the road to recovery. We provides a safe and supportive environment where you can learn and explore the fundamentals of Pilates while improving your range of motion. With personalized attention and guidance, we ensure proper technique and alignment, making sure you feel confident and motivated throughout your journey.

By the end of this program, you’ll not only feel stronger but also more confident in your abilities. Our expert instructors are here to guide you every step of the way. You’ll leave feeling empowered and ready to embrace the challenges of Intermediate Pilates.

  • Beginner level registration open anytime. 8 classes for $280+tx
