Introduction

Once you are done with the beginner level, chose any intermediate level class to continue challenging yourself. If you have any experience in Pilates and you want to ease back to it, the intermediate level is for you. Chose the advanced programs when you have at least 2 months of intermediate level experience. We recommend a MAT and a Reformer class per week for the duration of 2 months.

Intermediate Classes

  • Reformer Intermediate

    Get ready to work the entire body in this full body intermediate reformer class. working from the bottom up, this exercise class integrates the body for strong, conditioned and aligned feeling by the end.

  • MAT Intermediate

    In this MAT intermediate class it is all about control, power and endurance. Ignite all your core system with Pilates principal of control, rhythm and muscle balancing. We will use props to challenge you. Your muscles are pushed to the limit with continuous flow from one movement to the next.

Advanced Classes

  • Reformer Advanced

    Get ready to feel every inch of your midriff, hips and legs from every angle and every direction. It’s all muscle system on in this advanced level reformer class that targets strength building in the core and lower body, leaving you feeling connected and strong by the end of 45 minutes.

  • Springboard

    The Springboard class is for people who have an advanced level and who are able to have a good control of their core. With the Springboard Machine, you will have to work harder to keep your stability and balance because of the independent spring system. This is a great tool to work on muscular imbalances. The Springboard repertoire is challenging but it is the next level and great for someone who is looking for more challenges.

  • High Intensity Pilates (H.I.P)

    This advanced Pilates class is performed on the Reformer with the jumpboard attachment. During the class, there will be alternating jumps and reformer exercises. We will work from your ankles up. High Intensity Pilates (H.I.P.) will put your core to the test but this class is fun and excellent to keep strong and healthy bones. To participate in this class you will need to have a MAT or Reformer Intermediate Level. Get ready to sweat!
