What’s Included?

The Beginner Special includes 10 expertly instructed classes spread over a 5-week program. In these sessions, we provide personalized guidance to help you distinguish between straining for form and truly executing an exercise with precision.

Our Classes

Beginner Program

Our beginner classes are designed for individuals who are new to Pilates or looking to refresh their foundational knowledge. These classes provide a solid introduction to Pilates principles and techniques, ensuring a safe and effective workout. You will learn proper alignment, breathing techniques, and the fundamental movements that form the basis of Pilates practice. Our experienced instructors will guide you through each exercise, offering modifications and adjustments to suit your individual needs.

Intermediate/Advanced Pilates

The intermediate level classes introduce more complex movements. Get ready to deepen your understanding of Pilates and witness your progress as you develop a stronger and more toned body. We recommend a MAT and a reformer intermediate class for the duration of 2 months after you have completed the beginner program.. You will then be ready to move to the advanced level classes.

Private/Semi Private

We are able to tailor our instruction to meet the specific needs of each client, taking into account their individual strengths, weaknesses, and limitations. This approach allows us to help clients overcome physical challenges, such as post-surgery rehabilitation, injuries or chronic pain, and improve their overall mobility, stability, and strength.

Age Well 60+

This class is designed for 60+, with a history of osteoporosis or osteoarthritic, but is also suitable for anyone that has balance issues, chronic back pain, recovering from an injury, for pregnant women or post-pregnancy, men or women with diastasis, people with hip or knee replacement, and for people who are recovering from any surgery, including breast cancer surgery. Meet Sandra

As the owner of Core Integrity, my background as a former high-level athlete and ballet dancer provides me with a deep understanding of the importance of proper movement and alignment in achieving peak physical performance and preventing injury.

15 years ago, I was recommended to try Pilates to strengthen my core and low back issues after my last  pregnancy that  led to a sustained healthy lifestyle that has impacted my overall well-being. Six years ago, I made the bold choice to become a Pilates instructor, driven by my desire to help people live their best lives. By sharing my passion and knowledge for Pilates, I wanted to impact the lives of many individuals by helping them improve their physical health, mental well-being, and overall quality of life. 

In addition to my Pilates training, I also have additional certifications and training in areas such as anatomy, biomechanics, active aging and post-rehabilitation which further enhances my ability to help clients improve their movement and function. This specialized knowledge and expertise allows me to provide a unique and highly effective approach to Pilates instruction, making me stand out in the field.

My decision to become a Pilates instructor is a true testament to my dedication to helping others, and my willingness to invest my time and energy into a career that is focused on positively impacting the lives of those around me.
